How to change the boot panel in MacOS X (Panzer, not Tiger)

Boot panel picture is BootPanel.pdf in

/System/Library/CoreServices/SystemStarter/QuartzDisplay.bundle/Resources/

Solution

Change BootPanel.pdf to yours.
Please be care of File owener and Permission.
If you don't understand, type
man chown and man chmod
